Clayton has been a registered financial advisor for eight years. He has earned the Accredited Asset Management Certificate (AAMS) and the Certified Financial Manager Certificate (CFM) from the College of Financial Planning. Clayton graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Economics, and he is a member of Prospera Financial’s Director’s Circle. Clayton’s primary focus is working with families, small business owners, and private endowments to ensure investment assets are fully diversified, have core asset allocation principals, generate income, and have the protection characteristics needed to ensure both growth and longevity. Clayton resides in GloucesterCounty, VA with his wife of sixteen years, Ginger and his two children Kathryn and Drake. In his spare time, Clayton is a member of the Gloucester Point Rotary Club, Abingdon Episcopal Church, the Gloucester County Board of Zoning Appeals, and he is on the Board of Directors for The Rosewell Foundation.   Clayton’s favorite hobby is dingy sailboat racing and he competes locally and nationally in the International 505 Sailing Class.
